I have an outreach engineer coming in a few days to install fibre broadband. Should I receive a router in the post prior to this?

Hi @Kmcc1988 I have checked on your account and I do see that your estimated go live date is today, 04.09.2025. There is no order for the equipment and usually when there is no order for the equipment the engineer comes with the equipment on the date of installation.
