Flashing amber router

Please can someone help. I can’t get through to talk talk it’s ridiculous. I’ve not had no internet since 24th dec. keeps flashing amber. It’s been working fine. I have tried everything. Disconnecting unplugging resetting nothing is working.

Yes it gives the options for technical difficulties and it then says they’re closed.

If you hold a bit longer will it give a selection of options?
Important for feedback as accessibility support is also supposed to be available today.
There's nothing concrete that we can do on the forum today, @Sophiehannah, as Talktalk staff are not back till the 27th.
