HI
For anyone who has had trouble with the outage in York. Seems like its beyond Talk Talks control wonder what that means for compensation ?
any legal experts on here able to advise what to do next, seems a bit unfair that anyone who has been without a service that we pay for in good faith for over a week is left uncompensated?
would be interested in finding out if anyone has incurred costs due to the internet being out in their home (travel to the office). I know i have

no it’s still not working the LOS light is still flashing red

No the LOS light is still RED i have reset this by unplugging everything joining the control unit inside the large white box and still nothing ?
