Hi there, 

 

My Full Fibre appears to have been down since Sunday. All lights look fine on the ONT, but I'm getting a solid red light on the Eero router even after rebooting. Is the service down?

 

Any one else reporting issues?

I’m in the same boat. I’ve spoken to the Freedom Fibre team on the phone and they said they’d had a lot of calls from our area.

 

They talked me through resetting the ONT, which didn’t work, and they said they would be sending out an email with updates.

No change, Chris. Lights seem fine on the ONT. Solid red on the eero router.

OK thanks. Can you switch the ONT and router off and leave them off for at least 30 minutes, then switch back on and retest. If it's then still not working I'll pass it over to our Future Fibre team

Yes, Chris. Originally took out the Full Fibre through the Freedom Fibre trial.
