Full Fibre down - Dewsbury area

My full fibre connection went down this morning around 9am (Wed 13th), shortly after I noticed a City Fibre van outside a neighbouring property so went to speak to them. My neighbour lost his connection on Friday 8th. The City Fibre guys climbed a telegraph pole and said the connection to the area was dead, nothing they can do. The modem on the wall is powered up but both the Broadband and Service lights are off. I have tried turning it off for 30 mins and turned it on again but no luck. Can someone please advise or supply me with an update?

All back up and running now,  City Fibre came back and did some work down the road.
