Full Fibre issues in York

Since switching from UFO to Full Fibre I've had no internet for 6weeks.

Despite x2 new eero boxes, x2 new OTN, x2 engineer visits, 20hours of call time and +25 chats, I am still without internet or any closer to knowing what is happening.

The City Fibre team have advised to switch to copper connection due to issues with the fibre across York however I don't have access to copper in my area. Trying to explain this to the technical team is proving impossible. Is CityFibre down? Does Eero 6 have the capacity to work as a 4G box? Do I have any alternative but to cancel my contract with TalkTalk?
