Full Fibre recently installed, broadband and service lights off on connection box

Hello,

 

I recently upgraded to full fibre and for a while it was fine. However, a couple of days ago, it suddenly stopped working. I have the black connection box and the lights for broadband and service are off. The lights for power and ethernet are showing green. 

 

Looking for help to get my WiFi back up and running.

Yeah, it looks like it reconnected around 11.30. Not sure what the issue was but if you do experience any further problems please let us know

Hi Chris,

 

Not sure if it's just coincidence or if you did something really quickly but I just checked and it seems to be up and running again. Was down for over a day and a half but it seems to be fine now.
