Full fiber 150 but now only getting 36mbps downloads speed.

Hi.  Had full fiber 150 some months now but recently now only getting 36mbps download speed. I have reset router..checked tslktalk speed check and I'm supposedly getting 152mbps to my router ...but only getting 36mbps out...wired and WiFi.... what is the problem?  Was a new fast router when I got fiber 150.

Please can you answer these questions:-

 

  1. What make/model of TalkTalk router are you using?
  2. What speeds do you get if you connect a wired (Ethernet) device directly to the ONT in place of the router?
  3. Have you tried turning the ONT off for a minimum of 30 minutes?
