I was meant to get the Full Fibre 150 installed today but an engineer from city fibre came out and said that we don’t have a talktalk fibre connection we only have a virgin media connection? This is strange because we were able to buy the fibre package from talktalks website, and virgin media’s website says we can’t actually get fibre at our address?
Has this happened to anyone else? Is there another way I can check if my property can get talktalk fibre? Any help would be greatly appreciated
