Hi,
We had full fibre installed by OpenReach on Tuesday, it briefly worked on Wednesday, now we have a red PON light on the OpenReach box and no internet. We’ve reported it to TT but have had no response. Is there anything else we can do? We are an elderly couple and now have no phone line and no internet.

I'm really sorry to hear this. The line test has asked us to confirm that the ONT is switched on and that all the cables are secure? If this has already been checked then please can you provide a few days availability AM (8-1) and PM (1-6) and we'll book an engineer visit to the property for you. Please can you also confirm acceptance of possible time related charges.
