Please help me I need to speak to someone about getting my full fibre installed by open reach and not the subcontractor they sent yesterday. This is a requirement from my landlord to comply with there fire regulations. sorry I’m 78 and almost in tears with the stress of all this.
As Openreach are a separate company, we have no actual control over which engineers are assigned to which job etc, but in all my years here, I've never heard of any installation interfering with fire regulations.
What type of property do you live in, is it a standard house or flat or sheltered accommodation ? Is this with a private landlord etc. Was the landlord present at installation and speak to the contractors etc.
