Hello,
I am currently in the process of upgrading to full fibre, Openreach have surveyed and determined some work needs to be done first. That work has now been scheduled. I would like to know if the new amazon full fibre router has been sent out yet.

As the order progresses there's a point at which the router is dispatched, it's an automated process
