Full fibre - poor house wifi coverage

Hi all, we just had full fibre installed yesterday and works like a treat! However, after chatting to the engineer, we were only able to put the router at the front of the house, so our 3rd floor and back of the house does not get coverage and there are blind slots.

How can I request a WIFI extender so that the network area is increased and the blind spots are covered? It is a real inconvenience at the moment, especially as the 3rd floor is a bedroom and study area.

We currently have the eero 6 router. Thanks.

Hi joe,

Can you please update your community profile to include your:

  • Name
  • Telephone number or Account number
  • Alternative contact number

We'll then look into this further. Please do not post this information on this thread. Once you've updated your profile please post in your topic to confirm it's updated.

Thanks

Michelle

The support team here can look at providing an additional eero to improve your wireless coverage. Make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond. Bear in mind that this is unlikely to be before Monday.
