Porting TalkTalk VoIP number

Hello,

I currently have Full Fiber 500 and VoIP service and I made a request via Skype to port the number from TalkTalk to Skype. Am I right to think that this porting will not stop my broadband service? I have done this because it seems more difficult now to get full fiber and a landline number from TalkTalk and I intend to keep my land line number.

Thank you

You will need to call the full fibre team, they will be able to answer the question, i suspect it may cancel the service due to a break in the contract.

Hello,

I think so - I had a VoIP adapter sent to me at the time.

Thank you

Hi @croman

Was the contract you took out Full fibre + VoIP?

Hi @croman no idea of the answer to your question but your post has been escalated and you should hear soon.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don't worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly.
