Haven't received £25 voucher for fibre upgrade

We had upgrade work 7th March. 45 days was well overdue so I emailed giftcloud but they couldn't help without my order number and account number of the product, which I was not aware of  - so I contacted talktalk customer service and a guy said I'll have to wait up to 90 days instead. I'm still waiting.  Will I hear from talktalk by 6th June? Or is there any magic words to solve??

Staff reply Monday to Friday. If this is not picked up on Friday, it will be after the Bank Holiday weekend before it is followed up.
