We had upgrade work 7th March. 45 days was well overdue so I emailed giftcloud but they couldn't help without my order number and account number of the product, which I was not aware of - so I contacted talktalk customer service and a guy said I'll have to wait up to 90 days instead. I'm still waiting. Will I hear from talktalk by 6th June? Or is there any magic words to solve??
