My account number is ** removed **. I have been promised for 5 + 1 months rental free and 37 per month for 18 months contract. But August 2024 as a first bill after home move they have charged me 54£. i tried too many ways to contact customer care and chat help. It's completely useless and they are not up to the standard and don't care about the customer. No one is there to help here. Please do not talk talk otherwise they never ever keep the promises.

What you are not able to find my friend? I have been charged £54 but i have been promised 5 months rental free and £50 tesco coupen. out of 18 months contract 5 months free and rest of the month £37 per month until April 2025 as there will be some 3.7% revision in that month. I have a email stating all these. What you are not able to find is not my problem because talk talk promise something to retain customer and they don't honours. this incident clearly tells me that and confirms. What email address i can forward my current bill and contract agreed with discounted rate?
