High packet loss

Hello, 

 

I play online gaming and the server I play I get high packet loss (25%+) and its only when I'm in a place where there is a number of players. Do you know if I can do anything to help solve the issue?

Can you drop a PM with the location you are running the trace to so our network teams can test.

Hi Matty,


Thanks for updating your profile, line test isn't picking up any issues. Can you switch the ONT off and leave it off for at least 30 minutes, then switch back on and retest. Please let us know how you get on

So im always running a wired connection, My speeds are 

 

download 950mbs +

upload 100mbs +

Thanks. What speeds are you seeing if you run a speed test please? Does this also happen if you connect wired? Does it seem to happen at certain times of the day or all the time?

Sorry for the late reply, I only play the one game really but its an American server but my previous provider i didn't have the issues. I used to having high ping but not loads of Packet Loss
