How am I supposed to connect my phone to full fiber?

I had an Eero router delivered and my full fiber installed on Wednesday, I tried to call the landline today and there is nothing. How am I supposed to connect my phone? There is no socket for me to plug it into on the router. I've seen someone else ask about a Grandstream adaptor is this  what  I need and will I be sent one?

Yes I told them when I upgraded and also renewed my telephone boosts.

You should have the adaptor shown below, did you tell them you needed to use the phone when you ordered?
