I ordered Full Fibre on 14 March for installation on 1 Apr, I havn't received the new router yet.
Is it possible to confirm it has been sent?

It won't have been sent yet, they are only usually sent a couple of days before the installation date

This has been discussed in the support forums before, mine arrived on the morning of install and other members have reported similar so don't worry it will be there.
