Hi,
My connection is not stable and keep going on and off, this started from the 20/7/24 in the evening and still going. I've tried to call the customer service but keep cutting out as soon as I reach the full fiber team. There is anyone that is on the same boat or I'm the only one?
I've reset my router twice, at first helped but now my connection is still down (this happen in the worst time as I need to submit my assessment for the Uni in a couple of days).

Hi Michelle,
Thank you for answer, for now is stabilize and working. When is stopped before the red led was on. Tried to check every cable and reset the router the first time. Hope it was only a one-off bad period for the line.

Hi, checked ONT cables are fine, all lights stay green even on an outage, it's still happening just dropped out now for a couple minutes then comes back on, been happening all night as I can see my CCTV NVR log showing offline numerous times throughout the night.

I'm sorry to hear this. I can see a few re-connections on the line but it looks like it has started to stabilise last night. How is your connection at the moment? Are all the cables connected securely at the ONT? Do any of the lights change on the ONT when your connection drops?

I have the same problem, internet down and back on constantly over last 2 or 3 days, did all the usual resetting of modem and router, hasn't fixed the problem, not WiFi as all my ethernet connections cut off aswel, router showing no faults has latest firmware, has to be talktalks end. I'm located in York on the 910Mb connection.
