Same issue as seen in a recent post. Was on with 3 different agents over last weekend. Router factory reset and both fibre and router rebooted many times. Every day I lose Internet connection at some point, reboot the router and all is OK again. White light stays solid on when internet connection drops. Connected to it with no internet connection. Any updates required on the router? Thanks

This is the latest update on this fault.
Update 8:40PM December 17th 2024 - Our team are in the process of applying a solution to all impacted Wi-Fi Hubs and aim to resolve this by tomorrow morning.

I don't think, the users are meant to be mind-readers, or to try every link on a particular page. I myself never use that page.
And yes, I eventually found the report under Broadband on that page.

which is the 'My Connection' link page. There is no other information in that page, regarding the current connection problem, and no updates on the problem, at all.
