Ever since we had the upgrade to full fibre we have all noticed a big increase in the amount of outages we get when online.
It will only be for a short period of time( Couple of minutes) and then revert okay.
We can see this on our mobiles when it says 4G and WIFI instead of being connected to the router and showing the name.
It's getting frustrating now for my son who complains when playing with his mates online with his Nintendo Switch.
Can you investigate please.

Hi Raj LCFC
That's great. The connection appears to be more stable.
When you run a speed test what speed are you now receiving?

Hi Raj LCFC
Thank you 🙂
Could you monitor the connection for a couple of days after the reboot to see if the wireless connection improves?

Hi Raj LCFC
I can see that the uptime for the router is quite long. Can you try rebooting the router for me please and then retesting?

Morning MIchelle.
Its randomly on our mobiles and my son has started complaining when he plays his Nintendo switch that the wifi has kicked him off.
Our phones will just be kicked off the wifi and then we can see th 4G symbol so we know we have to connect again, even though we all have auto connect on our mobiles.
Nothing is wired so its all wifi.

Good morning,
I'm sorry to hear this. Can I just confirm, does this only happen to devices connected wireless? Do you have any devices connected wired? Do any of the lights change on the router or the ONT when this happens please?
Thanks
Michelle

Spoke to a live chat rep and unfortunately was as helpful as a chocolate teapot.
Blamed my house, the build of it, where the router is ( I sent hima picture)etc.
I said why didnt the engineers give me any advice where the router should have been when they installed the fibre and he blamed them too.
BUT he said there IS an issue as the speeds etc were slow!!!
I'll wait for one of TT reps to suggest something when they read the post.
