Internet went down on 7 February around 00:30.
Contacted TalkTalk via chat on 7 February around 10:00.
Spent more than 3 hours on the chat, checking the connection and passing me from department to department.
Still no internet today.
Complaint was made: CMP-608459 [ET-673585]
So, starting Monday, 12 February, I am getting 9.33 per day...

That doesn't help one bit...
When am I expected to have the service restored?
My patience is wearing thin and if I don't get service back soon, I would prefer to switch to another provider, hopefully someone more competent.

Our Faults escalation team have confirmed that this fault has been escalated and they are working to fix this as soon as possible.
