Just got an email advising there was a failed payment for my Wi-Fi this month but I have a screenshot of my bank statement showing the payment leaving it on the 16th February

The payment was rejected on the 19th it will show back into your bank account in 24 hours, we do try again 3 days after the 1st attempt fails.
You can make a manual payment via customer services if the 2nd attempt fails.
