Landline not able to connect to eero 6.

How do I keep my landline working ? , the new eero does not have a socket for the phone like the old hub has. Zzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Hi Gobfather,

 

As Gliwmaeden2 has said, if you have the digital voice service (VoIP) you should have received a digital voice adapter, if you haven't then can you please update your community profile to include your:

 

  • Name
  • Telephone number
  • Alternative contact number

We'll then look into this further. Please do not post this information on this thread. Once you've updated your profile please post in your topic to confirm it's updated.

Talktalk should have sent you a Digital Voice Adapter, @Gobfather:

That's if you ordered VOIP at the time of ordering the full fibre. It can't be added later.
