Meant to go live on Monday

Hello there
I had the engineers round on Monday to install our full fiber and have had a solid amber light since it's been switched on, the engineer said it should be up and running within 24 hours and it's still not working. My wife needs the internet to do her job so it needs to be rectified as soon as possible please

It was openreach who did it, but in the last hour it has gone live so it's fine now 🙂
