We want to transfer our internet but the website doesn't have our new address, there is our new home but only a few apartments and there is no option with our new apartment, XXXX REMOVED FOR SECURITY REASONS.

You'll see that we have both removed the personal information from public display.
I'll close this one to new posts, so just follow up in your original thread.

Your current address etc should be in Personal Information.
Go via your avatar; settings...Personal Information.
Add the new address in Private Notes at the end of that section. SAVE CHANGES.
Staff may be able to check that there is no possibility of a Talktalk service there.
If that is the case, you won't be able to organise a "home move" with Talktalk.
You will need to cancel the current service. Check the Ts&Cs (linked at the foot of the page) re notice period; early termination fees.

03451 720088 will be open from 9am Monday. Closes 7pm on weekday evenings, 6pm on Saturdays. Not available Sundays.
