Can you please update your community profile to include your:

 

  • Name
  • Telephone number
  • Alternative contact number

We'll then look into this further. Please do not post this information on this thread. Once you've updated your profile please post in your topic to confirm it's updated.

Please never post personal information details in the public thread.

 

You need to go via your avatar, settings; Personal Information.....SAVE CHANGES. 

 

I have removed your phone number from public view, but it had sat there for c 4 hours. 

 

You need to start your own thread for a support issue that is unique to your account and line.

 

Please return to the message board and click on start a topic.

 

Your new thread will then be in a queue for attention from staff during the day.
