When the full fibre was installed yesterday, the Openreach guys, were happy that I had an eero, and they installed it for me, I used to use it on G-fast before I had to downgrade because, that was faulty..
I kept the eeros, I bought one on Amazon myself. For when I had the upgrade for Full fibre.
When it was on G-fast it used to say powered by Talk Talk, now I’m on full fibre the powered by Talk Talk has gone.
does this matter? I am still getting the security package within the app.
I have the same set up now on full fibre as I had when it was on G-fast. With the supplied eero and my own.
update on the eero i’ve now lost the security package.
as I’m on for fibre will I have to pay out for the security plus package or eero security it part on my full Fibre service ?

Yes, I’ve got the eero from Talk Talk on the G fast package.

I’ve tried uninstalling the app installing again , it still has no Talk Talk branding on it, like it used to.

Did you get the eero from TalkTalk originally? I wasn't aware that they supplied them on anything other than Full Fibre packages.

Is it the same version of the App you were previously using or have you previously uninstalled the app and downloaded again?
If it's the same version, it might be worth uninstalling it and reinstalling. It might even be worth doing this even if not.
You mention you are getting the security package within the app, but there are some fundamental differences on how this shows within the standard app and the provided by TalkTalk one. What these differences are is hard to quantify, but we have seen other customers have problems in how these are applied and an uninstall and reinstall has usually cleared this.
Give it a try and let us know how you get on.
