Hi my internet went off at about 2am Tuesday morning and ever since the broadband and internet light have not lit up. I have tried resetting both router and digital voice box but nothing happens and on my phone it just keeps asking me to sign into network. Has anyone had this happen to them as I'm out of ideas and with my work hours I'm always out when I can contact them
