New cityfibre digital box and talk talk router fitted yesterday.
Cityfibre was advised my talktalk whilst at my home to tick the job as closed and leave them with a fault. I have no broadband as the router won't connect to the working cityfibre box!! Not a great service. 😕

What lights are on the CityFibre ONT?
Try turning it off for at least 30 mins.
Then try connecting a PC or other wired (Ethernet) device directly to the ONT in place of the router, does that work?
