Hello all, so I received an offer in the post, my contract is coming to an end so I though it would be great to upgrade, get a new router and agree a new 24 month contract. The first thing I asked was is this open to existing customers - Yes I was told, then I was passed around 5 different people from 5 different departments all confirming I can get this package eventually when I am in the right place. Anyway after nearly one hour I was told this is not available to me! I then wished to complain about this poor service combined with my huge waste of time only to find the Customer service (Really) department laughing, loads of background noise when they obviously thought I was muted and an inability to even take my name. Really poor, I still not been able to lodge a complaint, the option to chat even on the website is just the blue circle of doom. SO I would like a way for someone to actually clarify what the situation is and at least take my complaint seriously so in future you tell the customer they are not eligible for a deal straight away rather than waste an hour of their time.
