Hi team
An engineer left my property at 3pm today after installing Fibre. The connection wasn't checked before they left and I can't connect to it, and at 4pm my old internet stopped working. Can someone please help. So now I have no internet.

Update : I have been able to connect the Eero box successfully now after a number of attempts and I have internet access restored. I have not turned on the old internet router and will leave that switched off so I can't be sure if that is still not working. This case can be closed.
