As a long serving talk talk customer would a new fibre line to my house be free

It didn't cost anything for me to upgrade to Full Fibre when I did so in August 2022, although I did have to commit to a new contract.

Is full fibre available in your area & if so who provides it, this will often be Openreach or CityFibre, but there are a few other companies as well?
