It didn't cost anything for me to upgrade to Full Fibre when I did so in August 2022, although I did have to commit to a new contract.

Is full fibre available in your area & if so who provides it, this will often be Openreach or CityFibre, but there are a few other companies as well?

If you are happy to wait, TalkTalk is providing a free upgrade to Fibre with Digital Voice to keep your landline number, if required. If however, you don't want to wait & are happy to pay for this, contact the loyalty dept on their direct number 0345 1725157.
