New full fibre 500 unable to obtain external ip

Like quite a few people on here, I have issues getting connected to my Full Fibre internet connection.

 

  • City Fibre Installed ONT
  • 3 green lights - Service Light is off
  • Eero Pro 6 shows "No External IP Address" 
  • Have plugged laptop directly into ONT with ethernet cable and no connection

It's been over a week now I have been getting the same error when trying to set up the eero and I've had two engineers visit my home to still have the same problem. Have seen others getting this problem fixed from posting on this forum.
