New order not gone through?

Hello, I placed my order S01313133 last Saturday and booked and engineer visit but I have not received a single confirmation email so far. I tried to use the online chat but it does not seem to be working at all? Need to confirm that the engineer visit is happening on the date I booked asap please.

My building has both fibre into the basement and cat5 to each door but they're still saying end of march earliest to sign up due to issues with engineer availability. Try asking them on Twitter, they've give me updates there.

I cant find any orders with the information you have given , I've searched on order Ref and email, and even Name (we cant use mobile number to search) .
The only option is to call the full fibre team again.

I added my phone number (I do not have an account number yet) - please do not advice me to call the sales department. That is what they did at the online chat and when you call they end up sending you online again in a continuous loop.
