New tv box. All directions followed. No channels found???

just to echo what fr8ys has said, an aerial must be connected to the box to receive freeview channels.

 

Can you check this.

Just to confirm that you have the tv aerial plugged directly into the box.

 

Also, can you try the aerial directly into the tv and check you have all channels coming through without interference. Given the hot weather at the moment it could be an atmospheric issue.

 

If you get channels on the TV  try a factory reset from the settings menu.

 

If still no joy please let us know.
