I have full fibre though a cable with telephone line. Currently using a Sagemcom router. Telephone has recently gone off with no dialling tone. Internet connection works OK. Tried rebooting without success.

Tried another reboot and it worked this time. Problem solved!!

All looks ok here, have you tried powering off the router and ONT for 30 minutes to clear the session and see if this restores the dial tone etc.
