Hi, I've recently been told I can get full fibre but I can't have a landline as well, why is this? I am currently a TalkTalk customer.

Hi Cody5690

Full fibre 500 is available with Voip , you need to call the loyalty team on 03451720088 they can sort it out.

It can't be ordered / sorted out via the forum, @Cody5690.

They are not involved with setting up packages / sales / renewals.

You will need to discuss this on Chat or phone 03451 720088 (phone support open Monday  - Saturday).

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link in the post at the top of any forum message board.

Well i"m thinking of getting full fibre 500 but I will only get it if I can get digital Voice to make calls. Trying to speak to an agent is a joke, hopefully someone from talk talk will see this, I am currently a TalkTalk customer.

It's no longer a landline because the copper lines will cease, @Cody5690.

The phone number may be kept as a VOIP service with SOME packages, and can only be added at the time of ordering the full fibre, not later.

So it might be an idea to discuss the options with an agent, if you ask which package it could work with.

It sometimes also depends which infrastructure company does the installation  - Openreach, City Fibre etc, so that might be a further stumbling block.
