Hi,
I placed an order on 14/09 for the Fibre 900, once I completed my order, it said at the end that I would receive an order confirmation email shortly. It is now 08/10 and I still have not received any email to confirm the order, I have not received and kit through the post and the supposed go live date is 13th Oct. I have tried to call to speak to someone about this matter, however I can't get through, I'm assuming because I'm not a live customer? This whole experience already is shocking and is making me question whether to come to talk talk all together if they can't even get this part right. I have never experienced such shoddy customer service in all my life with any service or product that I have ordered online. I have no idea what is going on? Please can someone enlighten me with this matter. I have screen shots from the order having going through and have been provided an order number. Please can someone help. I am altogether considering just staying with my current provider at this stage.
