My parter has stayed at home and all it states online is that the engineer is delayed. We have all the equipment so can’t figure why we need an engineer anyway. I am away and am unable to call and trying to find help online as to where the engineer is etc is proving impossible. I am going to be without internet for work now too

As I said in your other post, it's imperative that you complete your community forum profile details for Talktalk staff to work out who you are etc.
