Evening, We have been experiencing issues with slow connectivity on mobile phones and TV since a router replacement approx 6 weeks ago. Sons are complaining of intermittently high ping when gaming, and being kicked from games and freezing due to connection issues.
The new router is in the same location and no changes to any device. Was replaced as the old router ‘died’ one day just stopped working and wouldn’t turn back on.
The tests you can run on the talk talk website show the following messages;
7 of your devices are running slow and might be experiencing speed issues.
Can anyone help?

How are you getting on? Does this also happen if you connect wired?

Which make/model of router do you have now? What package are you on? Does this affect Ethernet-connected devices as well as wireless ones?
