How do you get the ONT box moved. I've tried calling no help webchat terrible. Please help?

Hi
Cityfibre will also charge to relocate the socket, but their charges may vary. I would suggest speaking to CityFibre directly, but as Keith mentions, it may be cheaper to look at other options, for example running a longer ethernet cable from the ONT to the router location.
Thanks
Karl.

Hi @pawson
There is another way around this problem, which might be suitable & only cost you a few pounds. Roughly how far away is the ONT from where you want the router to be?

Hi Pawson
If you require an ONT Box moving, Openreach class this as an LVR or Low Volume Request. Average lead time for this is around 2 - 3 weeks, and they will charge £128 for this.
There may also be limitations depending on where you want it relocating, if it is not an exterior wall, if it is above a ground floor etc etc.
Do you still need this arranging ?
Thanks
Karl.

Why a "farce?" Was it initially installed somewhere against your wishes?
