My son is constantly complaining that his PS5 connection is slow or dropping constantly. I’ve checked on the app and it’s saying that it’s fast but my son is saying different. How do I resolve this? There is no one to speak too and I’m not tech savvy enough to know what I’m doing. The only other devices I have linked to it are another smart tv, a printer, two Amazon dots and three iPhones and they are not actually being used (apart from the tv). So I don’t understand why it’s so slow. He has been complaining about this for a while now and I’ve been ok in fobbing him off but the school holidays are next week and I don’t think I’ll survive if I don’t get this sorted. Has anyone got any advice?

Hi @Lloyd8
I would still point out that I can provide extensive help with WiFi issues, but if you'd rather speak to the full fibre team, that is up to you.

I can help with all aspects of WiFi reception. Is this PS5 connected to the 2.4 or 5GHz WiFi band? Can the PS do a speed test & if so what speeds does it show?
The information below is provided by TalkTalk. For confirmation, please contact @Lorrainef, the manager of the TalkTalk support staff on this forum.
