Hiya,
I've been having trouble connecting my eero router to the internet. Upon doing some troubleshooting, I've discovered I think it's the open reach box itself. There's no lights at all.
Who's best placed to resolve this? Talk talk themselves or open reach?

Just confirm, have you checked that the cables are connected correctly and the power socket that the ONT is connected to is working OK?

Yep that's correct! No lights at all. Unfortunately I've just moved into the property so unable to confirm but I assume so as it was previously occupied by a family!

Can I just confirm, do you mean that there are no lights on the ONT? (the box on the wall) Has this previously been working ok?
