Openreach says Yes, TalkTalk say no for full fibre

Morning all,

Placed an order originally with Vodafone to more to full fibre which was a much better deal than my copper line renewal.... TalkTalk came with a better deal so decided to stay.

I've been told that i can't upgrade to Fibre because my area is not available but Openreach says that it is and even on my TalkTalk account it will allow me to upgrade to Fibre.

Getting quite frustrated with it as to what i am actually able to do here... The vodafone isn't actually an option as CityFibre isn't in my area but i can move to others who are on the openreach fibre.

Hi BeardedBerk

 

I can see that you have spoken to our retentions team. I suspect that because you are on a Gfast line that Full fibre is not showing on our systems at this time. 

 

That should change in the future.

Best option is to ring the Fibre team and ask the question.
