Phone calls showing every half hour on phone record but not ringing.

There's a straightforward fix for this usually, @Peterjames49.

If you complete your community forum profile details, staff will be able to identify your account. 

Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu....Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES. 

They will reply during the day tomorrow.
