Packages sometimes include extras in the price (perhaps Supersafe) so you really have to check the small print of the offer at the time, @DEGSY2.
If you want the use of your phone number with Full Fibre, you must specifically tell Talktalk with your order.
Always best to actually speak to them or use Chat.
You can then add the boost, possibly discounted, for UK Anytime Calls that covers 01, 02, 03 and ordinary mobile numbers (up to an hour per call).
All other numbers are charged in the usual way, and without the boost, ordinary phone calls are @ 24p per minute. It makes no difference to the price being on VOIP, rather than the old copper landline.
